These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Soft Polynomials website and learning platform and your purchase of courses. By enrolling or creating an account, you agree to them.
1. Eligibility and account
You must provide accurate name, email and phone details. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. If you are under 18, you may enroll only with a parent or guardian’s consent.
2. Courses and access
- Enrolling gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to access the purchased course content for learning purposes.
- Access starts once payment is confirmed and your login details are sent to your email.
- Course content, schedules and features may be updated or improved from time to time.
3. Pricing and payments
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹). Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we do not store your card, UPI or bank details. A course is unlocked only after the payment is successfully verified.
4. Refunds and cancellation
Because course content is digital and made available immediately, payments are generally non-refundable once access is granted. If you were charged but did not receive access, or were charged twice, write to sales@softpolynomials.com within 7 days and we will review and resolve it. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not share your login, or copy, record, resell or distribute course materials.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
- Do not post unlawful, abusive or infringing content.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, without refund.
6. Intellectual property
All videos, notes, assessments, logos and other content on the platform belong to Soft Polynomials or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimer and liability
Courses are provided for educational purposes. We do not guarantee any particular exam result, job or income. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant course.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [Your City, State] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the latest version will always be on this page. Questions? Email us at sales@softpolynomials.com.
